We have been with Harcourts Kingsberry for many years and have just brought this second property over to them. Generally we are very happy with the service provided but have noticed a shift from personal management to being managed by a fleet of personnel specialising in their own little stove pipe areas. This may be due to our normal manager and many others being on leave or RDOs. Harcourts did find us a lovely tenant very quickly and have been very helpful with the process.

When me and my partner were looking for a property manager we were recommended Harcourts, the team has treated us so well and were very responsive and efficient. Our property manager Charlee is a gem and very thorough, we’re at ease knowing our property is taken care of.

Khyra was efficient in replying in timely manners, always providing closed loop communication and being a true professional, anyone would be lucky to work with her
