Communication around the new lease has been good. We have engaged Fall Real Estate for the last few years and have found them to be professional and capable. There have been a couple of times when communication could have been improved, such as repeatedly asking for a repair to be made and recently when our tenants said they had requested a one month extension on the lease, but we weren’t even aware they were leaving. However, overall we are satisfied. They are conscientious about inspections, we are kept informed and they are thorough - this was especially important when we were essentially living overseas. We feel that our properties are well looked after.

As interstate owners, we were completely dependent on Alex and the team to manage our Hobart apartment rental and they were fantastic. Communication was great. Wanted to say how amazing Clancy in the rental team has been. She has managed our property for a long time and has always been so responsive, diligent, kind, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. However, the last few months she has gone above and beyond and truly exhibited outstanding service. We are selling our property (with another agency) yet she has seen the handover through right till the end. Her emails are also so informative, clear, helpful and she has made the process seamless.
