Great communication, very professional, office has very homely vibe, effective communication.

I have had incredible support from Hannah and the team at 4one4 in the management of a second property. No stone has been left unturned in the search for a great tenant, and nothing is too much of a hassle despite a few delays along the way from my side. Thanks Hannah and the team at 4one4

Brook and Bianca helped through the whole process and did everything possible to make it as painless as possible and get the property ready and rented out in a timely fashion

Melissa helped us with smooth tenancy process. She is a good communicator and well- organised.

As first-time property owners and investors, we relied heavily on Melissa’s expertise throughout the entire leasing process and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Melissa was incredibly professional, proactive, and knowledgeable. She addressed all of our concerns promptly and took the time to answer every question we had, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. Communication was very important to us, and Melissa was always easy to reach, clear in her explanations, and consistently kept us informed at every stage. We truly appreciated her guidance and support and are grateful to have her managing our investment property. We look forward to continuing to work together with the team at Harrison Agents Hobart.

Effective with Communication, more than understanding and accomodating. Look Forward to working more with Mel in to the future.

Good communication with the agent.

Responsive, knowledgeable, helpful & professional

I have now been in the property for a month, and my experience has been very positive. The initial leasing and move-in process was straightforward and well organised, making everything easy from the start. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with prompt responses to any questions and clear information provided at every step. Overall, it has been a smooth and professional experience, and I appreciate the support I received.

Prue and Isla have made our experience seamless. Their communication, attention to detail and willingness to help is excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Really appreciated Mark's responsiveness, willingness to jump on the phone and advice through the process of renting my place out. Provided useful advice on getting the place ready, kept the process moving along and provided regular updates along the way. Tenants secured quickly with a competitive weekly rent.

Josie and the others were very helpful to us. They were very kind to us and understood our situation
