I've found the team at Fall real estate, in particular the property manager Kristy Murtagh, to be really easy to deal with and very efficient. My emails are acted on immediately, and the queries coming from tenants for maintenance/repairs are all reasonable, well framed, and with appropriate recommended actions. Definitely recommend Fall if you're looking for a good property manager in Hobart.
