Overview of New Lambton, NSW, 2305

The service and communication was great Informing us of everything 👍

The selection of a replacement tenant for my property required almost negligible input on my part. I was kept regularly advised on the steps that were taken to advertise, review applicants and select a preferred tenant, and just had to 'nod' in the right places to achieve a conclusion.

I had a very good experience with Robison property agent. They were always responsive and easy to contact. Whenever I called, they answered promptly and were very helpful. Communication was smooth throughout the process, and I really appreciated their professionalism and support.

Working with Nisha has been super easy and I recommended her highly to anyone asking about property management. We recently had a transition of tenants in my property, and it could not have been any easier.

Professional, prompt and I trust that she has good intentions for myself the property and has quality tenants. I transferred to Nisha after dealing with property managers attached to real estate agents, turn over of property managers was frequent and I didn’t have confidence. Moving to a property manager who is the owner of the business and focuses solely on property management has been a win for me.

The whole team are professional and friendly, always happy to answer questions. The process from viewing the property, applying and receiving a quick outcome was simple and efficient.

Grace has been exceptional as a property manager so far. She was very understanding of my situation and supported my application to end point. She is easily contactable and very responsive to my needs as a tenant.

We’ve had a great experience with Arnold Property throughout our tenancy. Our property manager has always been friendly, professional and very responsive. Whenever we’ve had an issue or needed assistance, they have acted quickly and kept us informed until everything was resolved. Their proactive communication and willingness to help have made our tenancy smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate their excellent service and would happily recommend Arnold Property to others.
