Kyhra has been like a breath of fresh air! She doesn’t make things more difficult, she makes them easier. Kyhra’s communication and is fantastic and she always gets things actioned immediately. Kyhra is an amazing property manager and I would have no hesitation in referring her, she is an absolute pleasure to work with.

I was happy to get a rental property in the area that I was aiming for and the process of securing the lease was relatively straightforward. Also the team has offered a friendly service.

What can be said about Karina, Flawless communication, a great understanding of all things property management, awesome trades at her fingertips and overall just super easy to deal with and a good human. All of this makes my life way easier and gives me peace of mind knowing she is across everything.

Twice we have been charged for advertising and letting fees when we should not have been charged. this is very disappointing as it takes a month to get our money back. There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. This survey and some questions aren't appropriate for our situation as it refers to, "How many agencies did you seek to appraise your property before you selected us?" we haven't asked for an appraisal of any property. The surveys need to be more appropriate and focus on your cliental. Also, some of the questions for example number 3 and 4 don't have answers that suits my situation, so the survey is incorrect.
