Kyhra has been like a breath of fresh air! She doesn’t make things more difficult, she makes them easier. Kyhra’s communication and is fantastic and she always gets things actioned immediately. Twice we have been charged for advertising and letting fees when we should not have been charged. this is very disappointing as it takes a month to get our money back. There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. This survey and some questions aren't appropriate for our situation as it refers to, "How many agencies did you seek to appraise your property before you selected us?" we haven't asked for an appraisal of any property. The surveys need to be more appropriate and focus on your cliental. Also, some of the questions for example number 3 and 4 don't have answers that suits my situation, so the survey is incorrect.
