I have been extremely happy with Smart Rentals as a property manager. They are very quick to respond, they bring problems to my attention with a suggested solution and they are extremely thorough. Their dedication to finding new tenants at the end of each lease is also to be commended. They’re also very reasonably priced and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They have helped me ensure that my tenants are happy and have any issues resolved as soon as possible.

Smart Rentals have been managing my property for several years now. Whilst there has been a relatively swift rotation of individual property managers, all have been wonderful. They have managed my property and kept it occupied with great and reliable tenants.

Harcourts has been amazing through this transition of moving in to one of there rentals. They are easy to talk to and have been so easy to get a hold of. They answer any questions that I have and are quick to respond to emails and text messages. They are lovely to talk to, they are very professional and nice, they are well organised and have everything ready to go.
