Whole team are a pleasure to deal with easy to speak to quick to respond

Thanks Ariel and her team for their high efficiency and professionalism to manage my property

They are an extremely strong team who communicate efficiently with each other. Even before becoming successful with our current property, fall real estate said they would help us find a property and stuck to their word. Any houses we inspected with fall, the agent already knew who we were even if we hadn’t met them. I felt very secure that i was going to be a successful applicant with fall and they proved me right.

I had a very positive experience with 4one4 Property Co. The team was professional, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. They provided good advice on the local rental market and kept the leasing process moving smoothly. I was very happy with the outcome and the way everything was handled. I would be happy to recommend 4one4 Property Co. to other property owners.

4one4 agents very professional and helpful all the time. Thanks 😊

A massive thank you to Brooke, Stephanie, and Brendon for project managing a quick cosmetic renovation to get my property ready for new tenants. Being based in Brisbane, I truly couldn’t have done this efficiently without their expertise. The best part was their reliability—they kept everything strictly on schedule and right on budget, which took so much stress off my plate. Most importantly, they managed to get the property leased within just a week of advertising. Highly recommended!

Treena at Raine and Horne was very attentive to our needs and got the whole application sorted very smoothly and quickly.

Had easy transition to renting our house thanks to the team. Minimal fuss. Minimal paperwork. Good communication. Comparable rates

Our agent is efficient, easy to get in touch with and friendly. I find her easygoing and relatable.

Market knowledge, communication skills arr second to none, exceptional staff

Melissa has been amazing throughout our entire property investment journey in Hobart. She helped us during the search process by attending inspections and providing great local insights, and once we purchased the property she was incredibly helpful coordinating renovations and organising trades. As interstate investors, having someone trustworthy and proactive on the ground made a huge difference for us. Melissa has always been professional, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Mel was a breeze the whole process the property didn’t even reach the rental market because she has so many contacts and being were a long time customer of Mel from Previous real estates we kept in contact and when the time was right everything clicked Simply Smooth to say the least Harrison estate agents are perfect cheers Jess &Rob
