Working with Steve as a first home buyer was a great experience. Having talked to many many realestate agents over the months spent looking for my home, Steve really stood out from the rest because of how incredibly professional, knowledgeable and genuine he was. He really cared about getting the best deal for his clients and making the experience as smooth as possible.

Brad was absolutely brilliant. As the buyer I felt that he was fair to me whilst also being fair to the seller. He gave us both what we wanted which is rare for a real estate agent. I've dealt with agents in the past who made me feel that I was trapped by the contract I agreed to. Brad was honest and transparent and even though I was the buyer and not in a contractual arrangement with him, he wasn't sleezy or made me feel that he was pushing me into something I didnt want to agree to. When I wasnt sure if I should make another offer, he gave me options and made me feel that if i couldnt afford it I was able to back out without penalty. He was great to deal with throughout the whole process from offer to exchange to settlement, especially since I didnt understand alot of the process. He was very honest and transparent and has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
