He helped with getting a skip and provisioning labour to load it, finding cleaners, gardeners and handymen to get things ship shape, and we never felt either pressed or abandoned at any point. Paul was realistic in his assessment of our property with reasons and explained what sort of price to expect and why. Despite the soft market he managed to under promise and over deliver, and that in a very efficient time frame, Realistically I cannot see how the outcome of our sale could have been better.
