He also worked with buyers to help them understand current market trends. I was grateful Keith pointed out areas that needed upgrades, and his team were quick to organise companies to have essential work completed (especially handy when selling older premises). Keith & his team kept me well informed of my responsibilities, which helped make it a quick and smooth process.

From the first enquiry Keith has been very knowledgeable, he arranged an inspection of the property and we did a walk through together and he explained everything, how certain things worked and some faults or damage that needed fixing. Some minor that are simple fixes and others that were able to be repaired or replaced before purchase. On the whole he was very knowledgeable on all aspects of selling and what buyers need to be aware of in the purchase of a new home.
