Communication and thorough professionalism
We contacted Paul as we had received appraisals from him a number of times over the years. After seeing the house, his appraisal and expectations were spot on, with the house getting multiple above advertised price offers after the first home open. Paul and Kirsty were always available for guidance and questions whenever we needed them, right through to the settlement. We are already setting up to use Paul and the team again in the near future.
Quick to respond and always kept us in the loop. Strong local market knowledge and honest advice throughout. Made the process easy, highly recommend.
