Jonathan was a highly professional and service oriented salesman. Our house needed a significant amount of work having been let for many years. Jonathan had wonderful contacts for the extensive work on the garden, numerous maintenance work as well as professional communications people. All were reasonably priced and did high quality work. Jonathan provided wise advice and worked hard to close the deal. He was honest and straight talking. Highly recommended.

As first-home buyers, we were excited about the process, but a few things didn’t go as expected. We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.
