Anytime we encountered any difficulties along the way Nick not only dealt with it but took it upon himself to make it as stress-free as possible for us. He provided great advice the whole way through, which ensured we received an offer in line with our expectations despite external time pressures. From the first inquiry, our engagement with Jess was excellent. She came round and provided advice months before we were ready to go to market, was armed with stats and figures and had impressive market knowledge, and then left us to it - not at all pushy - until we were ready to go. When we indicated we were ready, Jess sprang into action. Jess, Alex and their team are consummate professionals, proactive and approachable communicators who know their stuff, providing timely well thought out advice and very responsive. The team provides a high level of service to the vendor including care for the buyer experience, which is impressive. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
