John always calls you back! Your real estate often is the biggest asset you have, and I believe it should be entrusted with someone who values the responsibility given to any agent. If someone makes an enquiry on your property, the call will not go to voice mail but will be answered either straight away or as soon as he is free. he calls YOU back after every inspection and does not make you grovel for information. John has had a long term commitment to the Canungra region and knows the people and what your property is worth in the current market. Michelle recently helped sell my investment house and she was absolutely outstanding to deal with.Since I live 1000 km from the property I couldn't be present for the final inspection, nor I could find all trades needed to carry out the required work. Michelle gave wonderful advice on preparing the house for market, recommended trades, who were excellent. She checked the progressing work at every stage.
