We had met Ed a couple of years ago, when he successfully sold 3 other properties in our estate, and only heard positive comments from our neighbours who sold. We had been toying with the idea of moving to Bribie Island, however had not seen a suitable property, to "give up" / sell our lovely home in Ashmore in a fabulous community for the past 17 years for. Well that was it ! We put a contract on one of those properties, and Ed negotiated with the other agent for a precondition to sell our property. Then Ed sold our property within a week of listing it. Ed has certainly gone over and above what I would expect from an agent. Ed is a "people person", which comes across in his dealings with vendors & potential purchasers. A VERY BIG thank you to Ed for helping us in the next stage of our life - retirement !!!
