I found Louis very knowledgeable in the area of sales in the local suburb's. Louis is very responsive and went over and above to assist with not only the selling process and open houses but also helped with regards to decluttering and removalists. Very responsive to emails and phone messages. Nothing was a problem for Louis. His happy persona and willingness to help made the selling process stress free. It is a real pleasure to write this review for David and his team. The real estate market has been proving very difficult to navigate at this time, however David was able to bring buyer and seller expectations together to achieve an outcome that as buyers we were very happy with. At a time when some agents are laughing off lower offers, David kept us close and informed regarding the campaign but without ever making us feel pressured or that our level of interest was off the mark.
