I highly recommend Tyson Clarke and his team. They did a phenomenal job with our property, were meticulous with their planning and marketing, and highly effective when the property was on the market. Tyson is a real "seller's" agent. He and his team know what they are doing - they are easy to deal with, great communicators and most importantly excellent negotiators.
There are real estate agents and then there is Tamara Lee, an agent who takes her job to the next level of quality. She is not only a complete professional with all the skills that one expects from a person who is tasked with managing the sale of properties, but she also brings something extra - a personal human touch to her dealings with clients. You really feel that Tamara is not just in it for the business, but also truly cares about her clients by ensuring that they receive personalised treatment. This manifests itself in the fact that she takes the time to build a rapport with vendors so that they know they are dealing with someone who is a friend and who can be relied upon to work for you in a dedicated and ethical manner. She is scrupulous in her attention to detail, always follows through on any commitments she makes, and ensures that her clients are informed about and kept up to date with all of the many potential pitfalls inherent in real estate sales. My family were delighted with her service, amazed by the price we received for our property, and would recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their home in the northern/inner-city area of Brisbane and beyond.
We were told we were sure to get a minimum of at least what we were asking plus much more. We ended up with way less and at the last minute the contract was reduced but the commission wasn’t. Also we were charged for marketing we didn’t ask for and had to dispute it. Taken a while to leave a review due to the stress
Dad's situation is changing, and his house was the first any of us had direct involvement in selling. Karen was thoughtful and sensitive in the way she approached photography, advertising, and subsequent inspections. She worked closely with the letting agent to ensure the tenant was always informed and minimally disrupted. Karen’s communication is outstanding. She met with us all, including Dad, and took all our endless questions before we signed on. We were always clear on the next required step and never left uncertain about the process. Combined with her strong market knowledge and professional approach, this resulted in a very positive outcome for our family. We are extremely grateful for Karen’s care and professionalism and would highly recommend her to anyone selling a property with tenants in place, or to anyone who values an agent who genuinely puts people first.
