Selling a survey strata vacant land on a main road in the current market was not an easy task. Before approaching Edward, I had consulted another agent who recommended selling the entire land together with the other lot owners rather than trying to sell it individually. When I contacted Edward, I honestly thought he might decline the job as well. However, he was willing to take it on and never made me feel that it was too difficult. What really impressed me was the extra effort Edward and his team put into the sale. They requested and gathered construction-related documents so they could answer potential buyers' questions and address concerns about the restrictions and requirements involved in building on the land. This gave potential buyers much more confidence in the land. After the property had been advertised for nearly two months without finding the right buyer, I started to lose my hope. Edward, however, encouraged me to stay firm and stand our ground. His patience, confidence, and commitment ultimately paid off — he successfully sold the land at the price we had initially agreed on. The sales person we had was Zach very outstanding business person From the very first time we caught up he was with us all the way, communicating was well and truly 100% over and above with all the information . Zach did go and made sure he meet with the trades to made sure the workmanship wss also outstanding. He contacted myself and gave me updates on how things where going all the time.
