We purchased a property from Hive and have appointed them to manage our rental. In all our interactions with them, we have been very pleased with the service. Sam is on top of things and keeps us well informed. She listens and finds solutions that you may not think of and that is what you want from an expert in their field. Thank you Sam. And thanks to her consultative approach, we have purchased a 2nd property via Hive.

Hive have done a great job handling the management of our first rental property. We are new to investment properties and Hive have taken care of absolutely everything for us. They provide a very responsive service and are highly communicative.

Hive Property recently took on management of our rental properties. Samantha has been great, communicating with us on a regular basis and responding promptly to calls and emails. We have also had to find new tenants for one of our properties, and this was a seamless process. It is a breath of fresh air dealing with the Hive team.

We are very pleased with the service we've received from Samantha @ Hive Property Canberra. In particular the pro-active nature in which Sam works to ensure our property is well looked after. Would definitely recommend Hive to manage or sell your property.
