Catherine performed above all expectations, assisting with all pre sale requirements like full cleaning, minor maintenance repairs, styling, gardening, photography and build up. It has been a long drawn out process over the past two years. The delays have not been hers but she has endeavored throughout to keep things moving. Extremely knowledgeable and supportive

We knew Catherine was the agent to sell our home from the start. She is extremely knowledgeable about the CBR market, but it was her personality that convinced us to choose her as our agent. Unlike a lot of agents, she actually listened to us and took the time to connect with us so she could understand what we needed. She was very supportive and kept us well informed along the way.
