Find better

Tired and un interested. Reflects poorly on Fletchers. Next to no follow up reports. Basically couldn’t care less. Forgets who he works for and who is paying the commission. Have bought and sold dozens of properties and he has been the worst. Strongly suggest you avoid this agency and him.

Hassle-free Sale from Interstate with Michael

We had the unfortunate necessity to sell my mother’s house in Ormond during Covid lockdown restrictions which required the selection of a real estate agents via the internet and phone from Queensland. After numerous conversations with agents we chose Michael Egan as he presented as a genuine person with the professionalism, experience and clear approach that made the whole process far less stressful. The sales program he mapped out was extremely effective with Michael providing regular updates resulting in the property being sold for a very satisfying result and before Auction !! I have no hesitation in recommending Michael as his professionalism and demeanour have made what was our selling dilemma a breeze. Thank you Michael.

Experienced and friendly agent

We were selling our property during covid initially. We spoke to a number of agents but after we met Michael we knew he was the right agent for us. Straight talking about expectations of us and the property, not trying to sell us things we didn't need. Michael was always easy to contact, gave thorough feedback from potential buyers as they came through and really understood that it's an exciting time for us to be selling. He exceeded our expectations when it came to cost, and the whole process went smoothly. Couldn't recommend him more if you're selling in bentleigh/Bayside area.

Excellent outcome despite issues of selling during Covid19

While we nervous about marketing the property during the Covid lockdown, we had used Michael's services successfully before in selling property, and trusted him to give us sensible advice and do the best under difficult circumstances. The property sold 10 days after listing in the upper quadrant of his valuation, a very pleasing result. Moreover, his pragmatic advice relating to not needing to spend capital to renovate the property was very sound, and saved us both angst and money. We enjoyed excellent follow up and communication during the process, and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Michael not only for his deep knowledge of the market in which he operates, but his skills as a negotiator and communicator.

Reliable and Honest

Have bought and sold a few times with Harold mainly because of the level of integrity and care he has shown over the years. I would not buy or sell through any other agent if I had the choice. Thoroughly recommend Harold and Century21 on Centre.
