Great Agent
As first time home sellers, Suzi took her time to explain the process for selling our house as we really had no idea. At all times she was professional, kept us informed, helped us with any queries and worked behind the scenes to get the best price for our home. Suzi was available to visit us and go through all the paperwork for us to sign. When it came to building inspections etc for the buyer Arthur was there to help support us. Excellent manners and professionalism
My husband and myself had many property views before we came across Mike Nowotny's, in our journey to buy our first house in WA. We fall in love with this house from the first sight, but we were very cautious, with the negociation and the offer process, as we had improper previous experiences with other real estate agents. However, we have been pleasantly surprised by Mike professionalism, and manners. We found him taking care of every detail to accomodate us, excellent with communication, considering we are not English native speakers, always assisting us in understanding our buyer responsabilities besides our rights, from the begining till the settlement date. We never felt being manipulated. We highly recommend Mike to anyyone seeking a honest real estate agent, either for selling or buying, as in our case, a house!
