How good is David Brewer of Force Real Estate, in selling our property in Regent Waters, Wanneroo. He effected the sale of our property before we had a chance to go to market. David came up with a purchaser who loved the house and made an offer to our complete satisfaction. ( How often do you hear the quote "the first offer is often the best" ) We thank David for his efficient and professional manner, excellent negotiation and communications skills, being friendly and approachable in providing real estate and excellent local market knowledge.
