Courtney did a fantastic job from day one on selling our home. She is very knowledgeable about the current market and explained everything to us throughout the process. She was always early to the home open and very thorough with a report for the day. Very courteous and professional during the sale. Would highly recommend Courtney to anyone. Thank you so much Courtney 😊

Stella went above and beyond during the buying process. Being remote and not knowing anything about the Australian property market was a challenge, Stella offered her support and helped with inspections, banks and other small things that could have disrupted the purchase. We arrived in Perth on Sunday night and moved in Monday morning thanks to Stella's help and support. I would highly recommend!

We also felt that we could call him anytime.. nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to use David and his team again. Thanks for all your help.

Kirralee was extremely helpful despite access obstacles posed by the tenants renting the property. As were downsizing, she facilitated early access to the property allowing us to move from our larger home into the property over a couple of days. She was thorough in her explanation of the purchase contract and ensured we checked all necessary items at final inspection. I would highly recommend Kirralee to potential sellers and buyers.

Suzi Baker is a specialist in her field. Her knowledge of the market it second to none. We loved the fact that we received feedback regularly and were kept informed on every aspect of our sale, which through no fault of hers was far from simple. From appraisal right through to settlement....she never dropped the ball once and managed to pull together all parties concerned to lead to a successful conclusion. Her integrity and ethics are exemplary and she always goes the extra mile. This lady and her team are the professionals you want in all your property dealings. We couldn't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Suzi Dave & Vicki Veaney

Very quick to respond to requests for clarification of issues. Friendly and professional. Strict but fair when complying with settlement regulations. Tries to be a fair umpire and negotiator between buyer and vendor - when stormy waters need to be calmed and everyone is panicking because of the slowness of banks especially after the Royal Banking Commission.

Kirrily sold my brothers house quickly and at the price he was looking for. On this basis I chose her to sell my house. The market was very quiet but she persisted every weekend and eventually found a buyer. I have no hesitations recommending her.
