Unlike some agents who do very little to improve a property for sale Michele puts a lot of effort into presenting a property for sale and gain that better price. Things that a seller may miss, but a buyer would not, are Michele's strength. You know that even if you are not on sight the property will be presented professionally and appealing to potential buyers. At the end of the day it's getting the best price and Michele understands this.
