Jason! Jason! Jason! Firstly thank you for enjoying all our old lady jokes. Seriously though, both of us truly appreciated your honesty, kindness and professionalism over the last few months. It started with our recent purchase of our new home in Canberra. From the Open House late Saturday afternoon chats about one of us moving from Sydney to Canberra, to helping us secure the purchase before the stress of an auction, to arranging a long settlement so we could organise our Sydney sale, your service was first class. As each day goes by, we love our new home even more. Next step for us was planning the sale of our Canberra apartment. After our initial experience we believed there was only one Agent for us and we were right. Jason El-Khoury was everything you want in an agent especially during the market changes happening in 2026. We had honest conversations about valuation expectations and thankfully our beliefs were aligned. Jason told us what needed to be done and encouraged us do it quickly. There was no over promising or over hoping. In the end we got the price we discussed and while perhaps a year earlier it may have been more this was the year to be realistic and together the 3 of us got the job done quickly. We loved our place in Franklin and while we are sad to say goodbye, we know it will be a special place for new people soon as we have our new home to enjoy. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jason, for making an exhausting 2026 end so well. You choreographed the purchases and sales with expertise and thoughtfulness beyond your young years. Keep being you and while I don’t see more real estate in our future, I do hope our paths cross every now and then. I trusted, respected and highly appreciated her advice on selling my house during difficult market conditions.
