My brother Patrick has lived in Sydney for about 60 years, while the rest of his close family including myself reside in West Australia. Unfortunately, Patrick has become quite ill in recent years and he wished to come back to WA. Andrew has been our agent for the property during it's 4 year lease before the auction. After the sale and because the new owners wanted a 14 week settlement I needed to have the property rented urgently. That afternoon after the sale the property was rented immediately which gave me another 3 months of rent. Fantastic result seeing it was rented close to Xmas traditionally the worst time of the year to rent newly listed properties. Amazing work by himself and his team. Andrew is not your typical estate agent. He places you first. 90% of agents in this area have no passion and only have you as a number and make unjustified selling prices to hook you in. Andrew never did that and communicated with me right through the entire process with were the property was at according to the market and was calming during the very stressful auction process. Forgot to mention that the property was sold above what my expectation was by $220,000.00. There is no better estate agent in this area. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to perspective investors and home purchasers in this area...............in fact I will be using Andrew again for investing purposes shortly !!!!!!
