To whom it may concern, My wife and i had spoken to three local agents prior to calling Andrew from Home estate agents and we new after our first meeting with Andrew and we both agreed he is going to sell our property. As we said to the other agents we will give you a call back when we make our decision but in actual fact my wife and i pretty well decided to use Andrew based on our first meeting as we were very happy with his professional approach and unlike the other agents we had spoken to Andrew took the time to listen to us as we had lived in our property for over 20 years and it was a very emotional decision we were making.Every thing he said he would do he done with the utmost professionalism, and the little things like advising my wife on the things that should be done on open days and what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale, his advise was very helpful, we both felt Andrew went over and above his duty as an agent and i would not hesitate to recommend his service to any body thinking of selling or buying. Andrew was as i said the fourth agent we spoke to and we genuinely felt he was a cut above the rest as his style made us feel as though he was making it all personal and that in turn put us at complete ease.
