"Home" says it all. My wife and I have dealt with John and the team at Home Estate Agents for the past 3.5 years. We have tenanted a property that he manages, leased our investment property and recently sold our investment property with Home. The environment for these dealings and transactions has always been a pleasure and John's experience, skills, service and relationship qualities are evident through out each step of the journey. Our decision to sell our unit in Randwick was a tough one but selecting a suitable agent made the sales campaign exciting and we were more then satisfied with the way John dealt with prospective purchasers and executed the sale. We opted to sell our house via Home Real Estate because we thought they may offer a more personalise service. All our expectations were exceeded. John and team kept us informed about offers, provided updates after every open day, and were always there for us when we had questions. We ended up going to auction because thanks to the team there was a lot of interest in the home. It sold for 205,000 over the reserve so we are absolutely delighted with the service provided. We also rent out a property in the same area and it has never been without a tenant in four years. I cannot recommend John and his team highly enough - they just made everything so easy for us.

We are very highly satisfied with the result John achieved in selling our home before auction at an unexpectedly high price. John and his staff managed all steps in the sales process were managed very professionally. We were impressed in several ways. John alerted us early to the initially subtle upward shift in demand for homes in the Randwick market. A highly proficient communicator, John was sensitive to our preferences as sellers, and given the outcome we think that he would have had to be similarly sensitive to the preferences of prospective buyers. A Master negotiator, John secured a sale one week before the auction date, to the highest of multiple bids, at a price that we did not expect to reach.
