John and his staff managed all steps in the sales process were managed very professionally. We were impressed in several ways. John alerted us early to the initially subtle upward shift in demand for homes in the Randwick market. A highly proficient communicator, John was sensitive to our preferences as sellers, and given the outcome we think that he would have had to be similarly sensitive to the preferences of prospective buyers.
