Working all hours to assist with negotiations and thinking outside the square by engaging building inspections to engage potential buyers. My only constructive feedback would be to provide vendors with realistic expectations from the start by perhaps not over quoting potential sale, leaving vendor with higher expectations when market may not support the figure quoted based on condition of property etc.
