Hi Mark. Yourself and your team are so well versed in what their function is. Right from the outset continuing through the various stages of preparation, house presentation, photo shoot, open home inspection through the legal set up to contract preparation, negotiation, through to the final stage of settlement. Throughout all stages I have not had to leave my home once or was there any inconvenience experienced. I personally felt at ease with yourself, or even feeling I was like a friend whom I have known for several years. All aspects of my home sale have been flawless. I congratulate yourself and team members on a very pleasant experience. Please pass my thoughts and sincere thanks to all concerned. You personally, are a gentleman with high integrity who knows the business inside out. You have the ability to communicate with your client at their level. Mark and Shannon from McCann properties helped guide us through the entire selling process to make it go as smooth as possible for us. Getting the right people involved from quality tradespeople to excellent and flexible stylists. Whilst we had to reset our expectations during a difficult market timing, we are glad Mark persisted throughout, knowing it was difficult to face the prospect of open homes with no attendees. Having found the right buyer, we were able to get a good result and outcome for all. The entire exchange and settlement process went at an incredible turnaround due to the effort of McCann Properties. Mark was crucial in keeping our mind at ease and negotiating the sale for us.
