We first talked to Luke a couple of years ago about potentially selling and buying a new home for our family. Exceeded Expectations

In the last 12 months. we have engaged Mark Burke to sell 2 of our last properties in Frankston North and in both cases the Auction process used by Mark gave us great outcomes. Mark specialises in just this area, has lots of contacts/ interstate buyers and advocates on his books which I believe give him the edge over other agents. He is really quite driven and committed and managed to get lots of people through the properties which led us to a great sale price on Auctions days twice. He didn't overpromise in order to get the business which I appreciate. I would highly recommend Mark to any one wanting to sell their property in Frankston North area
