We recently purchased a Property ‘ off market” in Hawthorne through Cathy Richards from Place in Bulimba and were really pleased with her efforts on all counts. Local knowledge of the areas, Integrity, superior communication skills , and a genuine interest in helping you, were all I things that stood out. The first thing we noticed at the first open house we attended with Cathy a week earlier was that Cathy and her assistant Zita (at the end of were sure what had been a long day) still stayed back 15 minutes to talk to us about what we wanted.) Hence, when she called that week, she already knew what we wanted. Cathy Ed is through the property and we made an offer immediately and Cathy handled all negotiations in a professional courteous manner and achieved an excellent result for both parties. To pull it all together leading into Christmas was also outstanding. Cathy is backed by the Place Group and it shows with their professionalism, well developed and highly regarded over 20 years now through Damian and Sara Hackett and Paul Curtain. We couldn’t recommend Cathy Richards or Place more highly and we have no doubt the reason we’re sitting in this home which we love is due to her and Zitas ability to think outside the square and their genuine interest in seeing us buy a property they knew we would love. Paula's and her teams business like manner is easy to deal with and makes things progress in a seamless fashion. This particular sale was tricky as the land for sale was still under construction at the time of marketing and took longer than expected to have ready for sale.
