Of all the agents I spoke with, Meagan had the best approach to marketing strategy and positive outcomes for me. Meagan was meticulous in explaining the steps necessary prior to initial listing, from maintenance to cleaning and styling my home for professional photography so it could be seen to advantage. She had sources to address each issue in a timely manner and with competitive costings.
