When selling our property through another real estate agency, the best word describing the experience would be "Disappointing" however, when purchasing our present property through "The Agency" - Tori, our experience was very pleasing and professional. Charlie is amazing at her job. I requested to see the house 3 times AFTER I had made an offer and she always made it work. She worked out our building and pest inspection with her preferred company and they did an outstanding job.
