The property management team were very responsive and communicated to us from the start, and even before settlement. Great communication between the sales team and property management team.

Good communication and keep me up to date. I hope they can do more open homes and process the applications more quickly.

Knowledgeable, and efficient communicators. Extremely professional.

Enjoyed the process with Petrusma, very easy to get a hold of by phone or email, answered all questions and helped along the way.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The real estate agent was incredibly kind, friendly and professional throughout the entire rental application process. Communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely takes the time to help and makes you feel valued as an applicant. A lovely person and a great company to deal with. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a positive and professional rental experience.

My experience in the last year with Aislinn and Layla was fantastic. They both are excellent in their communication, very polite and professional. Finding the right tenant is not always easy but they managed it very well to find the right person for my house . I really appreciate that! It is obvious that their knowledge of the rental market is profound and they have a lot of experience. I am very happy that I decided to go with Petrusma. When I met Auslinn the first time and had a longer conversation with her I knew she would be the right real estate manager for me. Aislinn and Layla are looking very well after my property . They deal with all issues very quickly and professional. I can rely on them Hundred percent. I definitely highly recommend to go with Petrusma to all landladies and landlords!

Have so far good experience with them. They are transparent and tries to maintain well communication with us. Always replies to any querry at their earliest convenience.

I've referred 5+ people to Downton Property now. Their service has been amazing. They managed to rent out my property in record time. I was able to be present at the open and saw their work first hand. Dealing with Kelly, Nick and Kylie has been a dream experience and I'll be using them more in the future :)

Working with Stephanie was an absolute pleasure! Her knowledgeable insights into the real estate market gave us confidence in our investment. She went above and beyond, making the real estate process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a phenomenal agent who understands the local market, we highly recommend her!

Really happy with the way they interact, treat tenants and handle requests from tenants to the landlord. Seamless contracts and communication. Would recomment.

Maggie was fantastic, because it was such a quick move we didn't get time to go theoigh the house for condition report. But we went through and showed Maggie things that needed done. She was lovely and assured us the work world be sorted :)

Sharon was amazing and fast with the rental swap over process, she shows kindness and compassion towards day to day struggles of life. She always returns communication fast and supports myself in the process. I even received a gift when moving which at the time meant the world. It’s the little things some times and these guys made me feel so welcome and like they truely enjoyed delivering their services. It was a truely wonderful experience and continues to be. Thank you to the whole team on behalf of myself and sons.

Very fast response. I had the lease signed within a week of viewing the home.
