Really appreciated Mark's responsiveness, willingness to jump on the phone and advice through the process of renting my place out. Provided useful advice on getting the place ready, kept the process moving along and provided regular updates along the way. Tenants secured quickly with a competitive weekly rent.

I have had incredible support from Hannah and the team at 4one4 in the management of a second property. No stone has been left unturned in the search for a great tenant, and nothing is too much of a hassle despite a few delays along the way from my side. Thanks Hannah and the team at 4one4

Brook and Bianca helped through the whole process and did everything possible to make it as painless as possible and get the property ready and rented out in a timely fashion

Phoebe and her team were amazing from start to finish. Phoebe operated with professionalism and integrity, ensuring both parties achieved the desired outcome. As first time buyers in the Hobart market, Phoebe's support, clear and timely communication, and local knowledge were greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Phoebe to anyone.

The Team at Peterswald have been looking after a significant portfolio for us, which for other managers would be difficult, but Peterswald seem to handle with ease. Communication is fantastic and they are responsive to requests and keep our properties to high standard, vetting tenants well. I highly recommend Peterswald for property management.

Melissa helped us with smooth tenancy process. She is a good communicator and well- organised.

As first-time property owners and investors, we relied heavily on Melissa’s expertise throughout the entire leasing process and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Melissa was incredibly professional, proactive, and knowledgeable. She addressed all of our concerns promptly and took the time to answer every question we had, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. Communication was very important to us, and Melissa was always easy to reach, clear in her explanations, and consistently kept us informed at every stage. We truly appreciated her guidance and support and are grateful to have her managing our investment property. We look forward to continuing to work together with the team at Harrison Agents Hobart.
