We recently purchased a home from Michael and have been really happy with his service. Michael was very accommodating with arranging multiple views of the property for us with third parties to assist in planning of a possible extension after purchase, which was very valuable to us. He was responsive to all our queries and when he was not able to assist, his son stepped in for continuity of service. Michael and his family made a stressful time easier, and I'd recommend him for people looking to purchase a home.

As first-home buyers, we were excited about the process, but a few things didn’t go as expected. We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.

Bradys Real Estate managed this investment property for us for over a decade and were very responsive and our Property Manager Allara Brady was excellent. Our real estate salesperson Nicola Brady was fantastic and was refreshingly honest and knew the market very well in a declining market. Nicola listened to our requirements and also to feedback from potential buyers and recommended some minor low cost improvements that we did and the property sold very soon after for a price that we were happy with. Next time we need a property manager or real estate salesperson we will go back to Brady’s as I couldn’t fault them.

Duncan offered genuine and honest advice both prior to, and during the sale of our home.
