Michael was very accommodating with arranging multiple views of the property for us with third parties to assist in planning of a possible extension after purchase, which was very valuable to us. He was responsive to all our queries and when he was not able to assist, his son stepped in for continuity of service. As said above everything was on point, communication for me was the biggest star of them all because this is our first purchase of a home and we were riddled with anxiety, these days I’ve noticed communication near doesn’t exist, and another massive thank you is in order for fixing the massive hole in the roof before we moved in.

As first-home buyers, we were excited about the process, but a few things didn’t go as expected. We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.

She had outstanding marketing knowledge and navigated the sale of our property with a high level of professionalism. The advice that she provided was clear and very helpful at every point.
