Zed and his assistant Salam were professional, friendly guys, getting to know us and understanding how the home will suit our needs, helping guide us through the whole process of buying the home, answering all questions, no pressure approach, and at a subject to sale purchase the industry knows it’s a longer complicated process than subject to finance and cash. Zed and Salam made it as easy as they possibly could. And thank you for the settlement gift, that was a nice gesture!
