Steve was in constant communication from start to finish during the changing stages of our Ballajura property sale. He worked hard to secure multiple viewings within our desired timescale, whilst our property was tenanted, and secured a sale at the price we wanted. As we now live away from the area, everything was handled remotely for us via Steve liaising and negotiating with local and remote bidders, existing tenants, neighbours, and leasing agents.
