Went above and beyond!

We recently sold our house with the expert help of Tanya at Helen Munro. She was the light at the end of a very long tunnel for us. We truly appreciate how she truly went above and beyond from beginning to end of the whole process. When times got tough in the process, her knowledge and guidance really helped to reassure that everything was going to work out for us. And it did, just as she said it would. Excellent communicator who fully understands all processes involved with the sale of our Property.

Donna continually demonstrated strong marketing knowledge, negotiating, and professionalism throughout. Our timeline to sell our house involved Donna negotiating with tradesmen , following up there work to ensure it was completed in a timely manner ,and in accordance with current standards. Additionally she checked the invoices of the completed work to ensure they were accurate. Our home was painted throughout before sale. This involved obtaining quotes from painters. One painter provided a glossy detailed quote, while the other painter provided a well written detailed quote. To establish who to select we contacted Donna who provided us with an excellent summary of the two quotes. The quote we selected was the written one and the work was completed on time in a Professional manner. We thoroughly recommend Donna who is a highly valued team member from Helen Munro Property if anyone is wishing to sell there house.

I found Patrice to be a calm, experienced operator who gets the job done.

Patrice was willing to be flexible and accommodating to my desired approach to achieve a quick sale for a good price. She was able to draw on her substantial experience to provide calm and timely guidance to assist my decision making throughout the entire process. Patrice was influential in negotiations, quickly achieving fair and reasonable resolutions to any points of contention. Excellent communication, experienced and committed to getting the best outcome

Michele is an excellent communicator and, importantly a great listener. She was respectful of our wishes/needs and, she basically project managed the entire experience for the purchase of a home and, the sale of our existing home. Michele’s contacts, access to resources and organisational skills were outstanding - from getting contractors in prior to sale, maintaining the property whilst empty to ensuring everything was in perfect order on settlement. Michele arranged a wide range of open inspection options and, took individual interested parties through outside of scheduled opens. I could not have asked for more and, in fact, feel Michele actually went above and beyond any expectations we had. Absolutely reccomend
