Michele is an excellent communicator and, importantly a great listener. She was respectful of our wishes/needs and, she basically project managed the entire experience for the purchase of a home and, the sale of our existing home. Michele’s contacts, access to resources and organisational skills were outstanding - from getting contractors in prior to sale, maintaining the property whilst empty to ensuring everything was in perfect order on settlement. Michele arranged a wide range of open inspection options and, took individual interested parties through outside of scheduled opens. I could not have asked for more and, in fact, feel Michele actually went above and beyond any expectations we had. Absolutely reccomend

I was very pleased with the service provided by Donna throughout the sale of my property. As I had relocated interstate, I was heavily reliant on her communication, advice and judgement, and she made the entire process feel manageable, even from a distance. The house required minor restorative maintenance before going to market, but Donna had reliable and efficient tradespeople available, and no issue ever seemed too difficult. Her collaborative and inclusive approach was greatly appreciated. Her recommendations for additional services that she felt may have expedited the sale were valued, and she was completely respectful and accepting when I chose not to proceed with some of her suggestions. Her communication was clear, practical and reassuring at every stage. She negotiated strongly with the purchaser to achieve a price that I was willing to accept and took the time to explain the reasoning behind her advice so I could make an informed decision. Her conveyancing recommendations were excellent, and the solicitor that I chose was a pleasure to deal with. Donna's knowledge of the suburb, particularly its historical events and the resultant significance to house presentations in the area, and the accuracy of her valuation was excellent and validated my confidence in her. The property presented one last-minute challenge pre-settlement, but Donna's rapid response including her communication with me for direction, and her immediate connection to her network of tradespeople, had the issue fixed quickly and efficiently, exemplifying her professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
