Kyhra was a godsend when it came to moving out. She worked around move in dates to ensure a smooth transition between where I am now and my old place. She was always responsive within the day and she gave easy and clear instructions for all the signups etc. Thanks heaps Kyhra!!

The team kept me fully informed at every stage, responded promptly to all maintenance needs and found a reliable tenant faster than expected. Their professionalism and efficiency have made renting out my investment property incredibly easy. I’m very impressed with the level of care and communication.

Georgia is one of the best agents we have experienced. She is very responsive and helpful and we trust her to ensure our property is being looked after. This is critical as we live interstate so need to rely on our agents to keep us updated. We had had some difficulties with the property and I know I can rely on Georgie to get issues sorted as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Sally and the teams at Bell property gave excellent support and advice when renting out our house in Townsville.

Was very pleasant experience and wasn’t too hard to reach my agent and always called back if they missed my call.

Communication is very Satisfactory. Quite knowledgeable of the current market. I believe their negotiation skills are commendable. Their professionalism is far above! The screening and choosing the right tenants is done with care and discretion. I am very satisfied with the looking after with the maintenance of my property. My property manager does a marvellous and commendable job. The regular issues of Newsletter gives us the update what is going on.. This is a great idea!

Listing of the property was easy to find and get information on. Inspection time was convenient and informative. Communication with the managers and application process was very smooth and proactive . Staff were very informative and polite in regards to application process

The team at Helen Munro have been the best to deal with. Very clear with the whole process and always let me know where it was up to and also proactive in getting things done.

They responded quick and timely No issues at all

After three years as a tenant I can honestly say this was one of the smoothest and most pleasant renting experiences I’ve had. The landlord and property managers are genuinely caring and go above and beyond. The rental team is consistently present and easy to deal with whenever anything came up. Maintenance was always handled quickly. Issues were sorted fast and without any fuss, that made a huge difference day to day. You always felt like someone actually had your back. The whole tenancy was easy going from start to finish. No hiccups Clear communication and a real sense that they looked out for their tenants as people. Absolutely brilliant experience and I’d happily rent through them again without hesitation.
