I used Mark to both buy and sell an apartment at the same time and whilst I won't say the process was stressless, Mark was there at all points to hold my hand and reassure me. From recommending what needed to be done to improve my apartment's salability, to finding suitable tradies to help at short notice I was impressed by his attention to detail.
