About Jay

Jay, a third generation Victoria Park resident worked as a Director at Peter Fletcher Realty for 12 years before joining with Joe Mucci in 2007 to establish pfr.com.au. Born at 159 Hubert Street when it was a maternity hospital, he has been loyal to the area since. As a child he attended school at Victoria Park & East Victoria Park Primary which is now known as the Park Centre Shopping Complex. Jay worked in the area at the BP Petrol station on Berwick Street as a teenager and the Parrys Store before it was renovated into offices where pfr was born. He currently lives down on the Burswood Peninsula in a two storey home with his family and enjoys spending time on the golf course, cycle paths and paddling on the river. If ever the title of "Mr Vic Park" was appropriate Jay Wood is just that!. "I live and conduct business by a simple philosophy - Treat others as you would like to be treated"..

In 1912 local town Councilor A R Thorogood opened a real estate agency in Victoria Park assisting many couples with the purchase of their first homes in the area. His name lives on today with Thorogood Street in Burswood honouring his contribution to the development of the region. Very helpful and knowledgeable

As a first home-buyer, we were glad to have Joe's knowledge, help and advice to guide us through the process of purchasing our home. Joe was very helpful with questions we had about the property, and provided follow up communication when relevant. A wonderful experience all round

As a first home buyer I was scared I'd be thrown in the deep end when purchasing a property but Joe was available to answer all of my questions and took the time to walk me through the entire process. A surprise goody bag at the end of the deal was a lovely gift as well. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property, he knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to keep me informed.

Incredibly helpful agent

Andrew Patterson working for Joe did a fantastic job in getting the price we wanted and was very helpful in some of the delays to help expedite our move so incredibly well to South Perth. I would recommend him and the agency for their fantastic work and service that they provided.

Excellent Agent

My wife and I were very happy with Joe for his professionalism, attention to detail and timely responses and updates on the status of the sale. We were also thrilled with the photo and video presentation of our home and the crew who took the footage, which I'm sure certainly attracted attention.
