Couldn’t have asked for a better agent

Zac made the sale of our home in Belconnen an incredibly smooth experience. Canberra's most approachable and professional real estate guru

We had previously bought the property from Zac and found him to be very friendly and easy to deal with so when it came time to sell we knew we would use My Morris. Zac provided invaluable and honest advice about timing, the market, strategy and what we could do to the property to help achieve the best possible result. We felt that Zac genuinely shared our desire to see the property do well and his efforts in preparing the property for sale went above and beyond. The marketing campaign was a success with a huge amount of potential buyers viewing the property, a quick sale within three open homes, negotiations between multiple buyers and a final sale price we were extremely happy with. Zac kept us updated the whole way through, he provided detailed insights after each open home. Zac was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful.

Zac knew what was needed to sell our house, but also substantially helped in undertaking the work to achieve a sale. He also could advise about the market conditions. He was pleasant to work with - it was like a team effort. His negotiating skills were obvious and he applied these to help get an outcome we were happy with. I'd happily recommend him and My Morris to anyone selling their house.
